Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Solution Specialist for Data Services to lead next-gen data capabilities across new accounts and industries. You will frame the commercial and technical approach for data infrastructure deals, translating customer needs into scalable patterns for sales and engineering.

You will collaborate with data mobility, storage tiers, and high-throughput databases, guiding roadmap input from field learnings to drive product and market success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in distributed systems, storage engineering, or data architecture.
• 5+ years working with multi-cloud networking and data transfer protocols (S3, rsync, WAN optimization).
• Deep working knowledge of NVMe-over-Fabric, POSIX filesystems, and object storage.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial and technical strategy for net new customer wins in data infrastructure.
• Drive adoption of data services across new accounts and industries.
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback shaping the storage roadmap.
• Develop deal structures, technical playbooks, and benchmark narratives to accelerate opportunities.
• Engage with enterprise buyers as the voice on data gravity, multi-cloud networking, and workload egress.
