Job summary
CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Specialist Field Engineer to lead customer engagements across high-performance networking and cloud infrastructure. You will establish strong technical relationships, drive PoCs, onboard customer workloads, and optimize Kubernetes-based deployments while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
The role combines hands-on engineering with thought leadership, enabling customers to leverage CoreWeave’s cloud for AI workloads.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Solutions Architect/Field Engineer/Engineer roles focused on cloud infra and HPC networking.
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and explain complex tech to diverse audiences.
- Experience with designing cloud solutions and networking across multi-cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical contact for customers, focusing on high-performance networking.
- Lead PoC initiatives and tailor solutions to customer workloads.
- Collaborate with product/engineering to influence roadmap and features.
- Conduct periodic reviews of workloads and propose optimizations.
- Represent CoreWeave at conferences and events with light travel.
