Job summary

CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Solution Specialist for Data Services to drive adoption of high-throughput data movement, databases, and storage architectures across new accounts and industries. You will translate early customer needs into roadmap priorities for CoreWeave’s data and storage offerings.

You will craft commercial strategies and playbooks, align with engineering on customer-driven requirements, and partner across sales and solutions to close complex,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in distributed systems, storage engineering, or data architecture.
• 5+ years working with multi-cloud networking and data transfer protocols (S3, rsync, WAN optimization).
• Experience deploying and tuning large-scale database clusters (SQL/NoSQL/Vector).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes-native storage orchestration (CSI drivers, persistent volumes).

Responsibilities

• Own commercial and technical strategy for new data infrastructure customer wins.
• Drive opportunities where data migration, egress costs, or multi-cloud sprawl impact GPU adoption.
• Translate customer requirements around data lakes, vector databases, and high-speed storage tiers into product feedback.
• Develop deal structures, technical playbooks, and benchmark narratives for storage-heavy opportunities.
• Engage with enterprise buyers as the voice on data gravity and multi-cloud networking.
• Design commercial framework for multi-petabyte data pipeline deals, including egress cost modeling.
