Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to join our CX Organization. You will educate prospective customers on CoreWeave's GPU infrastructure and AI capabilities, design customer deliverables, and oversee onboarding and ongoing operations within customer environments.

You will lead cross-functional programs, manage risks, align with product management, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or related field.
• 5+ years in technical program management or related roles.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating multi-team projects with senior visibility.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, GPU compute, and AI/ML; cloud infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Customer Relationships: Own technical relationships to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
• Define Customer Requirements: Collaborate with customers and partners to define AI/ML technical needs.
• Drive End-to-End Program Execution: Plan, resource, assess risk, and engage stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Engage with Stakeholders/Influence product strategy: Document and share requirements; influence product direction.
• Foster Collaboration: Enable cross-team communication among engineering, product management, operations, support, and sales.
