Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Principal Solution Specialist for Core Services to drive the first wins for new infrastructure offerings. You identify opportunities, prove value with early customers, and turn field insight into input on the compute and networking roadmap.

You will work with enterprise and research buyers, develop deal structures and technical playbooks, and partner with capacity, infra, and networking teams to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HPC, data center infrastructure, or GPU cluster engineering.
• 5+ years working with large-scale GPU clusters (NVIDIA A100/H100/H200 or AMD MI300X), RDMA networking, and distributed training frameworks.
• Deep working knowledge of InfiniBand, RoCE, NVLink and impact on training/inference at scale.
• Experience deploying and tuning large Kubernetes clusters for GPU workloads and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of compute instance types, CPU-GPU memory bandwidth, NVMe storage, power and cooling.
• Familiarity with distributed training frameworks and MFU implications.
• Understanding of BGP, peering, and data center interconnect architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial and technical strategy for net new customer wins in core AI infrastructure.
• Drive new business opportunities where compute bottlenecks or bare-metal performance impede scaling AI workloads.
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback shaping the roadmap.
• Develop deal structures, technical playbooks, and benchmark narratives for faster opportunities.
• Engage directly with enterprise and research buyers as the authoritative voice on GPU cluster architecture and networking tradeoffs.
• Design the commercial framework for large-scale GPU reservations and MFU modeling.
• Partner with capacity, infrastructure, and networking teams to maintain competitive edge across deployments.
