Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Specialist Field Engineer to lead hands-on customer engagements, establish Kubernetes-based solutions, and drive PoCs across HPC/cloud workloads. You will partner with customers, align engineering with business goals, and guide workloads from onboarding to optimization.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, cross-team collaboration, and ongoing learning as CoreWeave scales its AI-focused cloud platform in the US market.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in a technical field with hands-on cloud infrastructure experience.
• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture, Field Engineering, or related roles with HPC/cloud focus.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact, building strong relationships and ensuring success with CoreWeave cloud offerings.
• Collaborate with customers to design, prototype, and deploy tailored Kubernetes-based solutions.
• Lead PoCs to prove value in diverse environments and workloads.
• Provide technical leadership in customer delivery meetings, presentations, and workshops.
• Act as a virtual member of CoreWeave's Kubernetes product/engineering teams for feedback and improvements.
• Contribute insights on product features, architecture, and performance for roadmaps.
• Conduct workload reviews and identify optimization opportunities for customers.
• Stay current on Kubernetes, cloud, and HPC trends and share knowledge internally.
• Prototype R&D efforts for new products and represent CoreWeave at events; travel as needed.
