Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers is seeking a Service Superintendent to lead cooling tower service, maintenance, and repairs nationwide. You will supervise field technicians, coordinate with engineering and project management, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.

Extensive travel is required; you will interface with clients, manage budgets, and contribute to bids and planning. A high school diploma and at least 3 years of cooling tower experience, OSHA training, and safety certifications are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in cooling tower services.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices; stop work if unsafe conditions arise.
• Interface with clients and oversee all aspects of service projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and train field technicians and crews.
• Manage service materials, equipment rentals, and job supplies.
• Oversee service processes, subcontractor progress, and project schedules.
• Prepare service and time reports; ensure client satisfaction.
