Job summary

OBR is seeking a Service Superintendent to lead cooling tower service, preventive maintenance, and repairs across U.S. projects. You will ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within budget, while coordinating with clients, engineering, and management to exceed expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, field mentoring of crews, and travel to job sites. A high school diploma and 3+ years in cooling tower services, plus OSHA training, are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years' cooling tower service experience.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe work practices; stop work if unsafe conditions arise.
• Interface with clients and supervise service projects.
• Mentor field technicians, foremen, and crews.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and purchasing.
• Manage material, equipment rentals, and job supplies.
• Oversee service processes, subcontractors, and project schedules.
• Prepare reports and complete closeout documentation.
