Job summary

OBR is seeking a Service Superintendent to oversee cooling tower service, preventative maintenance, and repairs across multiple sites in the United States. The role requires leadership, collaboration with clients and internal teams, and close coordination with engineering, project management, purchasing, and service management to exceed customer expectations.

Extensive travel is required depending on project location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field, performing cooling tower services.
• Knowledge of Windows based applications.
• Knowledge and application of safety standards through OSHA training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients and oversee all aspects of service projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and train field technicians, foremen, leadmen, and crews.
• Conduct safety orientations and enforce OSHA standards.
• Plan and manage service projects ranging from inspections to large, complex jobs.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Prepare service and time reports; complete job closeout documentation to ensure client satisfaction.
