Job summary

OBR Management is seeking a Service Superintendent to oversee cooling tower service, preventative maintenance, and repairs across multiple sites. You will lead field technicians and foremen, interface with clients, and ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion.

Travel to job sites will be frequent as needed to meet project needs. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of cooling tower experience, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules while maintaining client

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of cooling tower service experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Windows-based applications.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of service projects and interface with clients.
• Supervise field technicians and train crews.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project profitability.
• Prepare reports and document closeout communications.
• Travel to job sites as required.
