Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for our correctional facility kitchen in Los Lunas, NM. You will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure meals meet quality, portion, temperature, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site, full-time role offers competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, benefits, and opportunities to lead a dedicated culinary team serving inmates.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s prior culinary experience in a high-volume, quality establishment with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience supervising a team and providing friendly, helpful service.
• Willingness to multi-task and adapt in a corrections kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
