Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Cook Supervisor for a correctional facility in Los Lunas, NM. You will coordinate and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations, quality meal preparation, and adherence to sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least one year of culinary experience in high-volume settings, strong leadership and a commitment to food safety. Onsite employment with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume, quality establishment with scratch cooking.
• Proficiency in proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience supervising a team and providing friendly, helpful service.
• Food handlers certification preferred.

Responsibilities
