Summit in Salina, KS is seeking an experienced cook supervisor to lead the correctional facility kitchen team. You will coordinate and supervise the work of staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training on food service, sanitation, and ensuring meals meet portion, appearance, and temperature expectations, with emphasis on scratch cooking.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods and standards.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Experience supervising a team.

Responsibilities
