Summit is seeking an experienced cook supervisor to join our correctional team in New Orleans, LA. You will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training on food service and sanitation, ensuring timely meal service and consistent portion, appearance, and temperature of all items. Knowledge of high-volume scratch cooking and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking emphasis.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team in a culinary setting.
