Beehive Industries is seeking a Lead Engineer, Controls Software to design, develop, validate, and integrate gas turbine engine control software and hardware for advanced aerospace applications. You will work with EEC/FADEC systems and lead software verification efforts.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in controls engineering, strong modeling, and experience with MATLAB/Simulink, plus the ability to collaborate across disciplines and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Computer, or Software Engineering (or related field).
• 8+ years in controls engineering, embedded software, aerospace or propulsion systems.
• Experience developing, testing, or validating control system software and models.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and validate engine control software, control logic, and simulation models.
• Develop and maintain software requirements, functional models, and documentation.
• Perform control system analysis, modeling, stability analysis, and tuning.
• Develop and execute software verification and validation using simulations and test data.
• Support EEC/FADEC system development and integration.
• Design, integrate, and troubleshoot HIL and SIL simulations.
• Analyze engine test results to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across engineering teams.
