Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience on commercial construction projects and management of field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Manager in preparation of project schedule and budget.
• Become thoroughly familiar with plans, specs, contracts, subcontracts, and documents.
• Select methods and acquire equipment for the project.
• Understand and enforce company safety policies and organize safety meetings.
• Supervise workmen and foremen to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion of work.
• Review and approve invoices and ensure correct coding on invoices and requisitions.
• Inspect the work for conformance to contract documents and quality standards.
