Job summary

Flintco, LLC is seeking a Superintendent to supervise assigned commercial projects from start to finish at Cordova, TN. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, manage subcontractors, and ensure work meets contract requirements with high workmanship standards.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, safety compliance, and documentation, while maintaining profitability and quality across multiple sites. A strong background in construction management is required.

Qualifications

• Prepare detailed construction projects plans, schedules and estimates.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, show drawings and specifications.
• Calculate square footage, volumes and percentages using a PC or calculator.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned Commercial Projects, guiding employees and subcontractors.
• Plan, coordinate and execute work to complete projects timely and economically.
• Inspect work to ensure conformance with contract documents and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements.
