Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field with 5–7 years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage schedules, resources and closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• 5–7 years of progressive construction management experience.
• Professional certifications (LEED AP/DBIA/ASHE) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review estimates, bids, and allocate project personnel.
• Select subcontractors and review shop drawings.
• Develop and monitor preliminary and detailed project schedules.
• Prepare cash flow, subcontractor lists, and logs.
• Coordinate with superintendent to manage materials delivery.
• Track progress and report status to management and client.
• Closeout tasks including punch lists and warranty docs.
