Job summary

Lingo Construction in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced Superintendent to plan, manage, and execute all facets of assigned projects. You will supervise materials, equipment, and personnel and guide subcontractors to meet goals with high workmanship standards.

Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills are essential to maximize profits while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on every site. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction supervision on commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Procore or Microsoft Project.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop project schedules and budgets.
• Familiarize with project plans, contracts, and all relevant documents.
• Select methods and acquire equipment for project execution.
• Enforce safety policies and organize safety meetings.
• Manage workforce by hiring or terminating workers as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation including safety reports and payroll.
• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to coordinate work effectively.
• Approve or reject invoices and verify coding on financial documents.
• Guide supervisors on job direction and company policies.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
• Ensure jobsite compliance with equal employment opportunity laws.
