Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction and management of field personnel.

• Knowledge of plans, specs, contracts and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned projects from start to finish, directing employees and subcontractors.
• Assist in preparation of project schedule and budget with Project Manager.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct safety meetings on site.
• Inspect work for conformance to contract documents and quality standards.
• Approve invoices and monitor expenditures on the job.
