Qualifications

• Prepare detailed project schedules and budgets, and communicate effectively in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Manager in preparation of project schedule and budget.
• Familiarize with plans, specifications, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and daily correspondence.
• Select methods and acquire equipment for the project.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and conduct safety meetings.
• Manage and supervise crews; coordinate with subcontractors for timely completion.
• Inspect work to ensure conformance with contract documents and quality standards.
• Oversee documentation, invoicing, and job cost reporting.
