Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, directing Quality Managers and inspectors. You own the site quality management system, audit program, and relationships with the owner's quality organization, guiding the development of every QC professional on the program.

Your leadership ensures audits, corrective actions, and reported metrics stay aligned with contract requirements, ISO/NQA frameworks, and safety standards

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001/NQA-1/DOT QA frameworks
• Ability to build a QC organization on a new program and maintain it to plan

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits
• Own the corrective-action program; approve QC plans and laboratory qualifications
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly
