Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Project Manager to lead a construction project from inception through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.

You will work with the Project Management department to coordinate Estimators and Superintendents, manage costs, and drive profitability while maintaining safety standards and quality across multiple site phases.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising projects with budgets from $10M-$60M across multiple delivery methods.
• Experience coordinating with Estimator and GMP setting, and managing General Conditions.
• Strong focus on site safety programs and project profitability.
• Ability to review Change Orders and develop cost/budget projections.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from inception through completion, ensuring satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• Oversee monthly reconciliation and cash flow reporting, and manage pay applications.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Operations to develop bid strategies and scopes of work.
