Job summary

The role requires a four-year degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or equivalent experience, strong scheduling and safety expertise, and proven leadership on multi-million dollar projects.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent field experience.
• Experience leading field teams on large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field activities and on-site administration for projects ranging $5M–$60M.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Superintendent(s), Field Engineer(s) and labor crews.
• Coordinate subcontractors, owner vendors and inspections; manage project schedules.
