Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Project Scheduler to support project teams in managing the project schedule and flag critical path impacts during construction.

You will maintain Core Services Schedulers, create and update P6 or MS Project schedules for large-scale projects, and collaborate with Estimators, Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
• Proficiency in scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
• Experience managing large-scale project schedules
• Knowledge of construction administration processes and procurement

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and update P6 or MS Project schedules for large-scale projects
• Coordinate with Estimators, Superintendents and Project Managers during preconstruction and execution phases
• Maintain scheduling philosophy and ensure schedule quality and documentation
• Perform monthly schedule updates and root cause analyses of delays
• Lead schedule recovery when needed and provide time-impact analyses
