Fres-co System USA, Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities, mentor field staff, and ensure project goals are met across one or more $150M+ projects.

This role requires a four-year degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or equivalent experience and a proven track record managing large, complex projects, coordinating subs, and enforcing safety practices.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary projects with budgets of $150M+.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and safety program enforcement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field activities and on-site construction operations.
• Mentor Project Superintendents, Assistant PS, and Field Engineers.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors and field staff.
• Develop and enforce site safety programs and SWPPP measures.
• Prepare schedules and monitor progress with the Project Manager.
