Qualifications

• Leadership and management for a construction project.
• From inception to completion
• Ability to manage GMP and General Conditions
• Experience with budgeting and cost reporting
• Strong communication with Owners and Subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Lead project from preconstruction through completion to ensure client satisfaction
• Develop and manage cost controls, cash flow, and monthly reports
• Coordinate with Estimating, Superintendent, and BD for bid packages
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and invoicing
• Ensure safety programs and project schedule adherence
