Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Management professional to lead safety culture efforts and manage comprehensive preconstruction activities on advanced facilities projects, including data centers and manufacturing facilities.

The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing shop drawings, managing submittal schedules, and leading cost and schedule forecasting to ensure profitable project delivery. Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness.
• Manages the prestart process and supports preconstruction activities.
• Leads plan and implementation of buyout schedule and subcontractor pricing analysis.
• Prepares, submits and obtains owner/architect approval for change requests.
• Leads monthly project reviews and various team meetings.
• Develops and updates project schedule for preconstruction and construction activities.
