Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager within the Advanced Facilities Group to lead high‑profile Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center and Semiconductor projects. You will drive safety, manage preconstruction, submittals and buyouts, and coordinate with owners, architects and subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure an injury‑free environment.
• Manage prestart process and buyout schedule.
• Coordinate preconstruction tasks including quantity takeoff and bid packages.
• Review and approve submittals, shop drawings and samples.
• Lead monthly project reviews and ongoing risk analysis.
• Develop and update project schedules and monitor budgets.
