Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager within the Advanced Facilities group to lead large-scale Industrial, Data Center and Semiconductor projects across the country. You will manage safety culture, preconstruction activities, subcontractor coordination, and project scheduling while coordinating with owners, design teams, vendors, and field operations.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 5+ years of construction management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Ability to lead safety culture and manage preconstruction processes.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Manages prestart and preconstruction processes including quantity takeoff and scope development.
• Leads buyout schedules, subcontractor pricing and change management.
• Manages submittal schedule, shop drawings, and owner/architect approvals.
• Coordinates with logistics, risk management, and project stakeholders.
• Prepares project schedules with Lean principles and tracks costs vs. budget.
• Leads monthly project reviews, progress meetings and closeout processes.
• Interfaces with legal counsel as appropriate.
