Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentorship; investigate incidents and retrain staff.
• Manage prestart process and bid package development.
• Lead plan and implementation of buyout schedule; verify pricing and scope.
• Coordinate submittal schedule; review shop drawings and samples.
