Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager within the Advanced Facilities Group to lead core project management activities on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects.

You will drive safety culture, manage preconstruction, scheduling, subcontractor buyouts, submittals, and cost forecasts, coordinating with owners, design teams and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• In lieu of degree, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to maintain injury-free environments.
• Manage prestart process and bid package development.
• Coordinate preconstruction tasks including quantity takeoff and scope review.
• Lead buyout scheduling and subcontractor pricing analysis.
• Oversee submittal schedules and shop drawings.
• Develop and update project schedules using Lean principles.
• Prepare monthly cost and margin forecasts with the project team.
• Interface with owners, architects, and vendors to manage risk.
• Manage closeout processes including warranties and final documentation.
