Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Project Manager to oversee CORE projects in Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor sectors. You will lead safety culture, manage preconstruction activities, and coordinate buyouts and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include shop drawing reviews, cost/margin forecasting, and Lean-driven scheduling. Strong communication, scheduling software proficiency, and travel flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Equivalent relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and investigates incidents.
• Manages the prestart process and bid packages.
• Supports preconstruction with quantity takeoff and scope development.
• Leads buyout scheduling and subcontractor selection.
• Manages submittal schedules and review of shop drawings.
• Provides regular reporting and cost/margin forecasting.
• Leads project closeout processes and coordination with counsel.
