Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead core project management activities on large Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. You will coordinate preconstruction, buyout, subcontractor management, and schedule development.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management and 5+ years of construction management, with strong knowledge of Lean, risk management, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading construction projects with a focus on safety and schedule adherence.
• Strong ability to manage subcontractors, pricing, and change control.
• Proven track record in budgeting, procurement, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and training.
• Manages prestart process and bid package development.
• Oversees submittal schedules and ensures timely reviews.
• Leads buyout scheduling and subcontractor pricing analysis.
• Coordinates stakeholders across project lifecycle.
• Prepares monthly cost and margin forecasts and supports budget development.
