Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager for the Advanced Facilities Group to lead complex Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects nationwide. You will drive safety culture, oversee preconstruction, bidding, subcontractor management, schedule development, and project closeout, coordinating with owners, designers, vendors, and field teams.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering, 5+ years of PM experience, a valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and mentoring staff.
• Manage prestart process and preconstruction activities.
• Support preconstruction with quantity takeoff, trade coordination and bids.
• Lead buyout scheduling, pricing, and subcontract management.
• Manage submittal scheduling and shop drawings approvals.
• Coordinate pricing with logistics and obtain approvals for changes.
