JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex construction initiatives in data centers, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. You will oversee safety programs, preconstruction activities, buyout planning, and submittal management across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to ensure injury-free environments.
• Manages prestart and supports preconstruction activities (takeoffs, coordination, scope).
• Leads buyout planning, pricing verification, and subcontractor selection.
• Manages submittal schedule and ensures timely return of reviewed shop drawings.
• Coordinates with logistics for pricing and procurement; communicates with owners and designers.
• Provides regular project status reporting and risk analysis to leadership.
