Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Project Manager to lead core project management activities across Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor projects. You will drive safety, preconstruction, bidding, and subcontract coordination, while managing schedule and budgets with Lean practices.

The role requires 5+ years of construction management and a bachelor's degree in a related field, with travel and non-traditional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages the prestart process.
• Supports preconstruction with quantity takeoff, trade coordination, scope development, bid package development, schedule development, bid list creation and bid advertisement.
• Leads buyout schedule, verifies pricing, identifies bidders and manages subcontract awards.
• Manages submittal schedule and approves shop drawings and samples.
• Coordinates pricing with Logistics and reviews risk management for subcontractors.
• Prepares change requests and obtains owner/architect approval.
• Leads monthly project reviews, progress meetings and closeout activities.
• Produces regular status and financial reports for the project team.
