Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced Concierge to join our luxury team in the United States. You will train staff, lead day-to-day performance, and ensure core service standards through coaching.

You will handle guest requests with hospitality, build local knowledge, update desk collateral, and work with Front Desk, Reservations, and Bell Staff to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.

Qualifications

• Pre-opening experience, project, and stakeholder management.
• College degree preferably in hotel/restaurant management, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Requires working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.Day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Takes part in the interview process and trains the Concierge Staff.
• Takes the lead in day-to-day performance of the staff and coaches staff to achieve standards.
• Handles all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; resolves complaints; assists with inquiries about hotel services, hours, and events.
• Responds to guest requests with recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
• Ensures desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, and local attractions is current.
• Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely.
• Works with Front Desk, Reservations, Door Staff, Bell Staff and Valet to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Assists with duties in absence or during heavy volume.
