Job summary

Four Seasons New York is seeking a professional Concierge to deliver luxurious guest experiences. You will respond to diverse guest requests with efficiency, provide personal recommendations, and uphold Four Seasons’ high standards of service.

You will maintain knowledge of local attractions, coordinate with hotel departments, and assist guests with bookings, tickets, and special arrangements to ensure memorable stays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Concierge experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the local area and attractions, restaurants, and special exhibits.
• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
• Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowledge of Opera and HotSOS preferred/is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.

Responsibilities

• Handles wide variety of guest requests, handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism and accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
