Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, ensure check-in excellence, and assist throughout their stay with personalized recommendations and seamless service.

You will respond to guest needs, coordinate with hotel staff, and uphold Four Seasons standards in a luxury environment that values hospitality, attentiveness, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Guest-centric approach with cross-cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests when possible.
• Assist guests with hotel services, hours of operation, staff, events, directions, etc.
• Respond to guest requests accurately and promptly, in person or by phone.
• Resolve guest complaints and identify opportunities to personalize service.
• Contribute to memorable experiences for all guests.
