Alpha is building the world's best K-12 experience and is hiring a Lead Guide to coach Guides, develop leaders, and create an environment where students consistently exceed expectations. You will lead life skills workshops and motivate students to achieve ambitious goals, using data to guide improvements.

This full-time, on-site role involves launching new campuses, hiring and developing teams, and upholding uncompromising standards while inspiring others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guides coaching to deliver exceptional student experiences and maintain high standards.
• Develop leaders, create life skills workshops, and motivate students to achieve ambitious goals.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
