Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Leadership Coach who will build and scale a coaching culture across multiple campuses. You will develop Guides who work directly with students, lead life-skills workshops, and use performance data to drive improvements week over week.

You will oversee a student cohort, model coaching excellence, and maintain high standards that translate into student resilience, leadership, and real-world skills beyond the classroom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or related field.
• Experience leading a team of five or more adults with performance-based decisions.
• Experience with using performance metrics to diagnose problems and drive results.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency and high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students using proven playbooks.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive measurable improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions helping every student take ownership of ambitious goals and consistently achieve them.
• Manage your own student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
