Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Lead Guide to build and mentor a team of Guides across our K-12 campuses. You will coach, motivate, and hold to high standards, shaping a culture of excellence and data-driven improvements in student experiences.

You will lead life-skills workshops, develop leaders, and drive launch readiness for new campuses, with relocation support and on-site work at multiple markets in the U.S. This is a full-time leadership role for experienced education professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in education, coaching, learning & development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding high standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops to develop communication and leadership in students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
