Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to coach Guides, build high-performing teams, and uphold uncompromising standards for student success. You will lead life skills workshops, motivate students, and drive data-informed improvements across campuses.

Join a bold, fast-moving team redefining K-12 learning with a culture that values excellence, accountability, and growth. This is a full-time W2 role with relocation support on select campuses in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with children ages 5–14 in educational/ coaching settings.
• Experience launching new teams/ campuses or initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
