Alpha is hiring for a Lead Guide role focused on coaching Guides, leading life skills workshops, and driving student outcomes. You will build high-performing teams and shape a culture of excellence across campuses.

This full-time leadership position emphasizes data-driven decisions, accountability, and pushing innovative new approaches in the K-12 model. Relocation support is available for on-site roles at multiple campuses across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field is required or preferred.
• Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus and real-world skills.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guides and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
