Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Lead Guide to build the team that makes the world's best K-12 experience possible. You will coach Guides, develop leaders, and create an environment where students consistently exceed expectations.

This is a full-time, on-site role focused on motivating students, delivering life skills workshops, and using data to drive performance improvements. You will help open new campuses while upholding uncompromising standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based termination decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental settings.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
