Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to lead Guides, build leaders, and create an environment where students excel. You will coach Guides, run life-skills workshops, and drive student progress through data-driven coaching and accountability.

On-site across Alpha campuses in the United States, you will help open new campuses and maintain uncompromising standards while inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences and uphold high standards.
• Lead life-skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, and focus in students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
