Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Lead Guide to build and coach high-performing Guides, shaping a K-12 learning model across campuses. You'll lead life-skills workshops, drive student outcomes, and launch new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence.

This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor’s in Education or related field (Master’s preferred) and at least 5 years in education or leadership. relocation support is available; compensation is around $200,000 USD/year with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading engaging life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence and accountability.
