Cavender’s is seeking a Head Cashier in Henderson to lead front-end operations, deliver高-level customer service, and train cashiers. You will manage transactions, assist with merchandising, and uphold company standards to ensure a smooth, efficient checkout experience for customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through their shopping experience.
• Process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise accuracy and proper display, including price changes and stock replenishment.
• Train, coach, and support cashiers on POS procedures and company policies.
• Assist store leadership by monitoring front-end operations and addressing cashier questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure store safety and security.
