Cavender’s is seeking a Head Cashier to lead front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise cashiers, ensure accurate POS transactions, and uphold company standards throughout a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities include training new cashiers, managing front-end flow, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store while representing Cavender’s culture in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail required.
• Ability to operate POS and handle transactions.
• Ability to train and coach associates.
• Able to stand, lift merchandise; flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting every customer and guiding their shopping experience.
• Accurately process P.O.S. transactions, returns, exchanges, and other payments.
• Train and coach cashiers on POS procedures and cash handling.
• Monitor front-end operations and assist store leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor per company standards.
• Report safety concerns and ensure compliance with policies.
